My long experience of making and editing poems,
helping to establish a living environment for
poetry in Scotland through the Scottish Poetry library, and as
Royal Literary Fund Writing Fellow at the Centre for
Human Ecology, Edinburgh,
gives me an unusual insight into
how poetry can be of interest not just as something to read but as a way of thinking and
understanding in general and as a tool for activists.
Master Classes in poetry, one to one, can be arranged at a fee of £30
for one and a half hours, working on not more than six poems.
Tessa is happy to share a poetry perspective with groups of creative
thinkers in any field. She also offers help and advice on any form of
writing: expository, narrative, reports, essays, publicity material,
academic work at £30 per hour.
Please write, phone or e-mail to arrange a preliminary discussion if you are interested
in following up this new development, so that terms and arrangements can be made.
